Every state in the country has fires raging so here are some suggestions below to get you started.

@Australian Red Cross – Red Cross help with evacuation centres, connecting people and providing emotional support.

*EDIT YOU CAN DONATE TO RED CROSS AT YOUR LOCAL AUSTRALIA POST OFFICE in person with cash if you’re hesitant to donate online.

Foodbank Victoria – An organisation that sources and distributes healthy food to the community. They are currently taking food and goods donations for disaster relief recovery.

BlazeAid – Set-up work camps to help rebuild infrastructure among other assistance.

The Salvation Army Australia – Salvos are also a collection point for goods donations. (Canned food, pet food, water, clothes, sanitary items)

St Vincent de Paul Society – Your donation will contribute to helping those affected pay household bills. You can also make donations of goods too.

GIVIT Goods For Good Causes unites those requesting specific items or donations with willing donors.

Foodbank Australia – VITAL food and water for evacuees and homeless.

Rural Aid – posted that they too are offering assistance to bushfire affected areas. Similarly if you are a fire affected farmer, you can get in touch with them for financial assistance via the same link, and click on the banner for information.

CFA – For those interested in supporting fire affected communities, and the efforts of Victorian firefighters.
